        "text": "Me and my family have been coming to Ribalta for a while now and the service is always great! Not to mention, the food is always delicious! One of my son’s favorite is the Gnocchi truffle and mine is the Pizza Comune, Cetara,  and Calzone. Their steak is also wonderful! We always order Calamari which should not be missed as they melt in your mouth.  Aperol spritz is a good aperitivo drink and followed with a nice Aglianico for me. The people at Ribalta always create a warm and inviting place. Overall, the experience is always positive.",

        "text": "Great quality pizza!\nWe live good pizza and visit pizzerias from top50. Ribalta is definitely on the top of our ranking.\nWe tried margarita and doc. Both pizzas were amazing. Perfect balance of tomato sauce and mozzarella. The dough was thin in the middle as it supposed to be. Not too liquidy and not too dry. The crust was a bit too crunchy on my pizza but perfect on my partner’s pizza.\nThey have some selection of italian sodas but nothing exceptional.\nReally good place, friendly staff, nice interior. Highly recommend this place if you live pizza!",
