The toppings are fresh. While Connecticut, where I live, claims to have the best pizza in the world, Gruppo can go head-to-head with any pizzeria in New Haven.",

        "text": "We had an excellent experience at Gruppo Pizza last night. We got a large pizza and the bacon jam crostini. The bacon jam crostini was phenomenal. I’d go back 100 times just to get some. The pizza was also excellent. Perfectly crispy, and the toppings were tasty and fresh. We came around 8:30pm, so a little later, but the atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet. The servers were very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this spot!",

        "text": "Very good pizza very similar to posto’s. A thin crust pizza lovers dream as it is very good made with high quality ingredients. The wait time is quite long but so worth it. Good atmosphere and service too. Nice park nearby and good for take out or dine in.\n\nIf you are nearby I would recommend and highly suggest. But do it with caution-as it’s pretty addicting.",

        "text": "If you want some killer pizza in a great atmosphere, this is your place! The pies are made fresh, and you can tell every ingredient is of the highest quality. Amazing wine and beer selections, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Very attentive, courteous, and really go above and beyond to make you feel right at home. 10/10",

        "text": "Our photos don’t do justice to the food.  Started with Mediterranean Salad which was perfectly dressed with pine nuts.  Large pie - 1/2 Shroontown; 1/2 Sausage, basil, caramelized onions.  Ended with the bread pudding- which did not disappoint.",
